MON or Mark Hughes were appointed (and it is looking increasingly likely it is one of these 2 who will be) who do you think is more likely to those their place in the team...and possibly the squad?

And who do you think will get a reprive??

Below is a list of players who may be trouble:

Elmo
Bardsley
Mignolet
Colback
Ji​

The reason being because we all know Elmo is rubbish, but Bruce didn't. Bardsley I feel will lose out for not being attack minded enough. Mignolet and Colback because they were favs under Bruce but not good enough. Ji because MON or Hughes won't bend over backwards and play him for advertisment.

Players I think will get more game time:

Gordon
Noble
Vaughan
Gardner​

I have a feeling either one of those 2 will play these more. I also think they will give Gordon a new contract because they know his worth.

What do you think?

Can you think of any other players who could be in trouble, and who could get more game time?

I think Colbeck, Ming and Bardo are all good solid PL players..... Elmo wouldn't trouble a team sheet if he was using it as bog roll.

I think Ji will get a little more time, I hope they keep hold and develop Colback.I reckon Elmo will be offloaded as soon as possible.

I would like to see Gardner given a chance, just don't think he's been given a fair crack here since he came.

Gordon is an odd one..I think he is a great keeper, but very injury prone. Every good club has a top class keeper, if we could keep Gordon fit, I would be inclined to keep him.

Hhmm interesting...

Depends on who the manager is...

MoN...Is i believe of a kinda 4-5-1...

Which doesnt suit Bendtner...so i expect him to be off...
Sess if a question,.....where would he play him? MoN does like wingers to back his forward up...can Sess crack that position?
Larsson will be fine.
C/M...i expect Catts to lose captaincy to either of the Man U boys.
Gardner will probably get a shot at playing.

Brown and O'Shea, could well move into C/D...and then he's look for attacking players...which is where Ricco could benefit...

Think (or hope, he'd be happy with the g'k.....and he'd resolve the Gordon situ)


As for Hughes...

Isn't he more conventional?

So, hopefully he'd try and keep Bendtner and aquire a fully fledged striker to play up with him..

Sess/Larsson on the flanks....c/m, think he may like Catts..

Defence....well can't see him shifting Brown/O'Shea....the others maybe.



But this is all purely guess work, cos none of us know really.
