I work in a school actually and have regularly criticised social services for not doing enough to protect children of their abusive, neglectful parents regardless of their race or culture. I do not cover up for anyone and report every concern I have. As for the last bit...it just shows how attention seeking you are...falsely accusing me of being a nonce is beyond pathetic ... am guessing I am supposed to get angry so you can claim you reeled me in...but tbh you ain't worth getting angry with. This was a light hearted thread ... why not let it get back on track?

I'll just pop in on this one.... Are social services to blame, what do you expect them to do, more than you can do? It's very difficult to prove what goes on behind four walls and we supposedly don't live in a police state. Although we live in a police state when it comes to misdemeanours but when it comes to the real shhite stuff hands are tied and what can be done, without proof. A child might be poorly dressed, a child might be hungry, that could be poverty. A child might be smartly dressed and well fed, the child could be abused. All that can be done is that individuals such as yourself keep reporting their observations. Eventually someone, at some point in time in the profession will pick up on the warning signs, hopefully when it's not to late. Btw as a side note, you must have read my annoyance at comments made by Fan some time ago about what went on his schools, i never saw much in the way of open condemnation of those comments by users, and was the problem clearly in his school(s) complacency breeds contempt and it's the children that suffer as a consequence. We chase well known people for crimes they are supposed to have committed sexually decades ago, i think the same rules should apply to schools, because those people go on to work with other vulnerable people and there should be no hiding place. Saville was a prime example of that, people turned a blind eye for way too long or weren't listen to. I have a view when it comes to kids, make a lot of fooking noise, at least then you put out the warning signals and that's what social services and the authorities work on...but you know all this.
