Who gives a **** they call themselves Yid-Army, we call them Yid ****s everyone is happy. Good work on the tags
That Herman Ouseley bloke from the Society Of Black Lawyers did threaten to go down to White Hart Lane and make a few citizens arrests (seriously). So don't discount the possibility of some Rangers supporting Orange Mentalist turning up at Celtic Park with similar intentions.
A Rangers supporting Orange Mentalist turning up at Celtic Park to make a citizens arrest for somone using the word fenian. Yeah I can see that happening.
David Baddiel's role in all of this is cringeworthy too. He claims to find the chanting by the Spurs fans offensive yet not once has he ever gone into print to slag off the supporters of his beloved Chelsea a good number of whom not so long ago regularly sang about Auschwitz. I wouldn't put it past him to turn up at the lane and do the same. Anyway, Spurs fans aren't idiots - if the Jewish chronicle ran a campaign agaisnt it or the Chief Rabbi asked them to stop they most probably would. For me the fact that neither of these has happened speaks volumes.
This Most rational Jewish folk can clearly see the difference between hatred/persecution and self-deprecation. They're quite good at that, experience tells and all that. Baddiel is a ****. What a surprise that he's slap bang in the middle of a tour when he starts spouting controversial opinions in the media.
You'll have to forgive Medro Archers. He's autistic and finds it difficult to differentiate between someone being tongue-in-cheek and being serious.
Baddiel is a ****. What a surprise that he's slap bang in the middle of a tour when he starts spouting controversial opinions in the media. Yup, spot on Venom. Him and his pal Frank Skinner are ****s. Remember Skinner's interview with Matthew Kelly, ****in cringeworthy. Should never have appeared again on TV. He's a **** "comedian" anyway. Kelly ripped him a new one, hmmm I could have phrased that a bit better on second thoughts.
I hate that ****ty brand of jocular, laddish mid-90's comedy. ****e like Game On and anything with them two ****s you mentioned. Utter ****ing mince.
Absolutely agree. I remember when England played Germany in Euro semis in 96 and they cut to the crowd after England had naturally lost. The expressions on Baddiel and Skinner's faces was priceless, they were practically spewing. ****in unfunny pricks.
Skinner's got a biot more about him and some of his documentaries are quite interesting but on balance I'd agree with your assessment of him. Baddiel on the other hand has all the talent and appeal of a rotten tomato. He also takes himself way too seriously - thankfully nobody else does. Sort of picking up on Archer's point, in London if you're a jew and you choose to support Chelsea (especially as he claims to have followed them for the best part of 40 years) you lose every shred of credibility you ever thought you had.
Chelsea had a reputation for being the real far right club, along with West Ham, and you'd regularly hear songs about Auschwitz etc. from elements of their support. It was a real no - no back in the days.
