    It needs more than a good tweaking. The problem is not having the money to make those substantial changes we need to make. Its not just the odd position thats the issue. Its depth of quality as well.

    First priority is survival though, before we can start worrying about that.

    Let,s face it, the teams we,ve had over last 4 years or so have struggled badly so to me half our players at least aren,t good enough and the other half badly led, huge re-think come clear out needed, sen a lot of talk about who would be next coach. I,d give it to DA if he wants it

    The team are looking organised from back to front at the moment, surely it is better to build on this than tear it apart. If Gus had come up with a similar answer to DA..who knows he might be still in a job and we could have been in mid table.
