I don't agree with booting a manager during a season, usually does more bad than good, and I think Pulis will do enough to keep us up, but that's about all he can do, so I think the end of the season would be a good time to part ways.

I agree, for me a manager should go prior to a window, so December would have been ideal!

On the flip side we are realistically safe so we could change a manager and not really be under too much pressure. The problem is tahtc ome the end of the season when we are safe and finished on our customary 43ish poinst, -20GD in 16thish all will eb forgotten and we enter groundhog day/season! No Change!

    Pulis in .

I like going wembley and watching premiership and european football.

Crouch is an excellent player , hes just been a bit off since he had his teeth knocked out.
Jerome IS an excellent impact sub , i'd like him to be brought on a bit sooner though,.
Walters is a hard worker , theres got to be a place for him in the team.
Nzonzi was playing **** when he was subbed ,dont forget wigan had already come back to 2-2 when he and adam were taken off. I didn't agree with taking both off and bringing defender on but perhaps Wigan HAD the upper hand at the time and a point was better than a defeat.
We've got injuries to LB and RB players so we're making the most of what we've got in those positions ,okay we don't have specialist players in those positions anyway but that is money managementfor you ,you buy utility players who are a jack of all trades master of none.
Shea coming in as an attacking left sided midfielder might help going forward. He doesn't look like he can use his right foot in all the videos i've seen of him.
Huth and shawcross are probably second to none in defence (rose tinted specs).
We just need WINGERS to pull their fingers out . Etherington is off the boil , Pennant is Pennant (bad apple) sometimes good sometimes infuriatingly frustrating,Kightly tries (???) ard ,but is failing to deliver. Whelan probably getting past it a bit too slow.

So, Pulis is trying to keep us up , as amain priority , more money in prem next year can't afford to go down this year. Anything other than a defeat , by any means possible has got to be the aim of the manager until premiership safety is secured . If we go down we'll have crowds of 10-12000 stokies and 200 away fans again.

    So Pulis IN.

    Just don't like watching it<ok><ok>

    Pulis Out!

I liked it aswell - you wont ever see it again mind and dont forget we qualified for europe by default!
Crouch - excellent but pointless as is all our strikers when left on a differnet pitch on their own!
Walters - i forgot working hard over rides the required based qualifications to be alble to the job in hand.
Nzonzi - correct but that was one of very few below par performances, however whats Walters excuse for playing 90000000 consecutive prem games?
I didnt see Wigan having the upper hand when we wre 2-0 up?
5th season and no recognised fullbacks.
Brek - comes in when we have Ethrington and Kightly playing. So TP made a bad buy in Kightly? We dont play Pennant and have no right wide man - oops Walters?
    Huth & Shawx - agreed.
Wingers have to be played to be able to perform and they have to be allowed to go over the half way line rather than playing as a wing back defence.

The natural ability in the team has achieved the points tally to date - the palyers could ahve managed themsleves.

    So Pulis out!

Agree dont like watching, dont like lossing, dont like conceeding, dont like 40% possesion at home, dont like 2 shots on goal in 95 minutes of play, dont like not being able to string 3 passes together in a forward motion, dont like quite crowds...........

10-12000 fans if we get relegated, that says enough about fellow stoke fans, we are supposed to be the best and loudest yet quite a few years ago when we were in a relegation battle in the championship I went to watch stoke (I had a season ticket for years) and there was 9000 people there, then we got promoted to the prem and suddenly there are 28000. Have we got the best fans?..........not a chance. Lots of glory hunters in the 28000 that watch every other week.

    SORRY
I know we won today but for the most part, that was terrible to watch. FAIR play to Reading, I think they came for a pt might be wrong though. Apart from N'Zonzi he was immense, WTF Whelan and Walters did they actually do today?

Felt so sorry for Crouch, was fouled, still won most headers and Walters was on the half way line!
Shotton, even Ryan and Huth we're just banging it upfield I HATE IT.
Even Beg's kicking was woeful at times.

    Wilko at left back NO
Shotton someone said they thought he played well on P and G? WHAT game we're they watching??
HEY feekin HO on comes Jerome and Jones and ONE touch BANG goal. WELL done Cameron Jerome, why TP NEVER starts him is fookin stupid IMO.

Crowd we're quiet can anyone blame us? We won and we're still hanging on at the end.

PULIS OUT at the end of the season... might sound stupid BUT IMO that win keeps us almost SAFE for another season. SAFE and ALMOST is a JOKE when you have spent well over 100 MILLION Quid and we found it difficult to beat ( NO OFFENCE) what was today an average Reading team. Good luck to them.

GET shut of TP in the Summer, I can NOT watch that much crap in one season any more.

Potts - tough one really - we won!

We werent great but we created a few chances today - which is refreshing.

I question what Walters did today (again), and I fail to see how we intend to score goals by hoofing everything.

I think we deserved to win today, but you could also argue we were fortunate. A set piece goal by a defender and another stormer by Jerome - the could have had a pen in the dying moments and Cameron almost gave a penalty way. 3 points closer to saftey.

    Fair enough Smither's..
Just seen that foul by Shotton and it looked like a pen to me, but that Podgrniak DIVED twice? and Walter's was pushed in the back, a clear pen 2nd half, also elbowed in the face prior to Jerome's great strike. WE WON but it was not convincing IMO. SHOULD have buried Reading in the first half but AGAIN we did'nt find the net.

I thought Reading would put up a better show after recent results, I don't think they did that. 1st half we we're on top but 2nd half until Jerome and Jones came on we looked void of idea's. HOOFING it when we have TWO winger's (Pennant) and Ether's is simply not good enough.

A win is a win is a win. WILL I forgive and forget TP for this season. NOPE and IF he STAYS I don't buy another S/Ticket. Happy we won but some player's were well off their best.

A deserved win that may just keep Pulis's ass out of the fire for now. Whellan's two footer could have seen him sent off, he's definately got an Irish mick as that's the second time of late that he's lost the ball and gone in two footed, we don't need that kind of recklessness in the team.
