From his interview it is obvious Steve Bruce doesn't think singing City Till I Die is a protest.

The booing was so damaging to the teams performance lastnight it was so clear for everyone to see, the atmosphere instantly fell off a cliff when they spouted their negative bile.

I urge Assem Allam to strongly condemn the actions of the couple of hundred dimwits who took part.

Ehab says the Allams like it. The booing was anti-Hull City and anti-Allam.

If thats the answer to my question, how many said yes to Hull Tigers in allam's dodgy poll its not very good for the silent majority side when only 17% said yes. They couldn't even be bothered to tick a box and return the form which if i remember came with a stamped addresed envelope. They want it so much but can't be arsed to walk to the post box. But can spout loads of **** from a keyboard.

I just didn't get why you would Boo how can you think that would help the players?

I will continue to sing CTID, it's not anti Allam its pro Hull City. If they wish to boo they can boo but it won't stop me singing.

I was in the west stand and not one person was boo'ing around me. Admittedly not one person was singing either mind....

I sense this will only get worse before it gets better. This is clearly a passionate subject which ever camp you are in and this is a matter which really should have been put to bed. One man sadly is leading this crazy crusade and it has viciously split fans more than they possibly have ever been before. We can enjoy Premier League football and follow the most high profile team we have had in our history, something many never lived to see. Anyone with a rational mind would take stock of how things currently are and think is this push for the name change worth it? Fans booing each other at a game let alone one been televised should be a sign that this has gone too far.

I thank Mr Allam for the work he has done. He has done many good things for our club and they should not be forgotten. However, his stubbornness and pigheadedness has left the relationship between owner and fans fractured as well as that between fans. He did not need to make the press conference last week but he has kicked up the dust again to make things more difficult than they ever were. I think everyone would prefer a peaceful resolution to this matter but there is one man hell bent on having his way regardless of the detriment it will have. Let sleeping dogs lie Assem, you've called this name change thing badly wrong. Put the good of the club and its fans before your own pride.

Again, you don't know what you're on about.

You're going on about CTWD as if they've done something wrong. They haven't. Less adequate fans booing at the match is not their fault.

And people are only entitled to their opinion if they can back it up. If their opinion is just stated repeatedly without clarification or substance, then it's worthless and deserves no respect. People can't just talk crap and then hide behind "We all have our opinions".

Why on earth would they disregard the concerns they have? You mean like the booers did? I daresay most of the CTWD members are made of sterner stuff and will be able to resist being bought with transfers or on-pitch success.

Very good Strov. How often do you pull that pic up? Next it'll be the grinning horse I guess.

Take it you don't have an answer then? Just another name change no mark **** who pipes up for a second then scurries away when questioned.

I really do think some mods need to stop being so abusive, hardly an example to set is it ?

Amen. What's more shocking is that though this is the first noise they've made, it wasn't in any way, shape or form supporting the team on the pitch (which ironically is what most of the 'itshisclubhecandowhathewants' disciples have attempted to take a dig at CTWD for).

Where as the sudden backlash to the 19:04 chant come from?

It's been sang every game for about a year now.

The only thing I can think of is the Dr said he was disappointed by lack of vocal support by 'Silent Majority'.

The problem as I see it is that although CTWD have never actually used the words 'We speak for the fans' others who claim to be of a similar mind (Except anti Allam as well) and claiming to be connected to CTWD have in the past claimed just that. It normally follows that you then get calls on sportstalk saying pretty much 'Do they ****'.

It was always going to happen at some point and even more so after Thursday. I wish it wasn't booing though I really do. (I'm not pro name change BTW).

I do think the line between the CTWD group, as opposed to CTWD members has been blurry at times. The official CTWD statements and interviews on the subject have, in my opinion been excellent. The problem comes when sometimes understandably, people read the views of an individual member as being those of the group.

I think CTWD should register a username on one or more of the existing forums, or perhaps on a forum of their own so that the demarcation is as clear as possible and people can still discuss things with them. After all, the committee only represent the members.

    This is the key problem.
You only need a couple of gobby members (Or some that claim to be members) on Sportstalk saying that they hate Allam and that they DO speak for the fans and it upsets the apple cart. It then isn't a streach to see that the 19.04 chant can easily be seen by others as an anti Allam chant (It is an incorrect assumption but still).

CTWD talking on Five Live, from about 7:30 in. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b04h7tnt

I think the reporter presses questions quite fairly, but in a way they don't do to the Chairman. I think Nash gives an excellent interview and answers the questions very well in deed.
