There weren't any Spurs fans on Talksport demanding Villas-Boas be sacked after one game.

As for your claim that "your boo boys booing the players and the manager off the pitch only 5 games into the season" our fifth game of the season was the 0-0 with Lazio and nobody was booing the players off the pitch. Those sounds you were hearing were the monkey chants being aimed at Jermaine Defoe by a section of the Lazio support. If anyone was going to be booed off the pitch (which nobody was), it would have been the referee for his inept performance, or some of the Lazio players for their increasingly clatter-happy tactics in the last half hour of the game.

Is there anything else you'd like to make up that can be easily disproved by people who know what they're talking about whilst you're here?

  3. I have to say, that I find it hilarious that Mousers have the temerity to wum us on our own board, given the hole that they find themselves in.

It's clear for all to see that the mighty Spurs is going to be in contention all season for a top 4 finish, and that 'Pool are going to be in a dog-fight for relegation.

I'm not saying we are guaranteed a top 4 finish, and I am not saying that 'Pool are guaranteed to go down.

So, please, don't shoot the messenger.

    1) Again, Talks****e is hardly representative of fans
    2) Apologies, it was actually your third PL game in which you booed the **** out of AVB. ****ing hilarious. Oh, and the links are here:

Aiming for the same lofty aspirations as Arsenal, eh? It's all OK, as long as you "compete". Can't wait to see your players lift the We-Were-in-Contention Trophy

That's because most spurs fans are incapable of stringing a sentence together, let alone remembering TalkSports phone number, for long enough to dial it.:emoticon-0173-middl

Clear for all to see? only through Spurs tinted glasses...It would appear that the Liverpool fans are a lot more realistic about where they will finish considering the changes....Tottenham have looked no better than Liverpool this season they have just had an easier start.

I think Spurs will finish top half and so will Liverpool....Im not bold enough to go past that....

Clear for all to see...lol Im sure you are losing your touch. Your balance between winding up us pool fans and making yourself look like a plank is slipping...I think you have been watching us and you are ****ting bricks that we are going to end up taking more out of the season than you.............But when it happens you wil just be left with a refreshing feeling of normality, it will be homely in a way...youll like it

Which still doesn't explain why no Spurs fan was calling Talkballs to demand Villas-Boas be sacked after one game, which cannot be said for Liverpool fans.

As for not being representative of fans, are you joking? The contributions of boneheads like gaf71 and Davidako on this thread demonstrate the boneheaded nature of Liverpool fans, so therefore the boneheads that call Talkballs are more representative that you want to let on.

Hardly "booed the ****" (as you so eloquently put it) out of him, as it was a small section of the crowd - and plenty of that was aimed at the ref for his ludicrous red card on Huddlestone.

Want proof? Easy - nobody "booed the ****" out of the team as they left the pitch 1-0 down to QPR at half time of the next league game. If they were booing the team so much, why didn't they do it when the team was trailing?

What's that? You're an easily-led moron that bought into the press' desire to discredit Villas-Boas at every turn? Well then, your opinion is remarkably valid for its originality and for how well thought-out it is.

Funny, from where I'm sitting the poorly-written responses in this thread that feature disturbingly poor spelling, grammar and punctuation are from the Loserpudlians that must be gluttons for punishment at this point. Got an emoticon for that one?

    Says who?.<laugh>

Not every Liverpool supporter is English and not all of those that are give a toss about the National team.

As for the national anthem, the royals love London and the home counties and their homes in Scotland and Norfolk but they couldn't give a flying one for anywhere in between.

High horse? No, you're merely on your low donkey - presumably named Brendan, after your last one named Kenny was put out of its misery in the summer.

And given you're making a laughing stock of yourself on our forum, you;re the one whose been reeled in. It's a pity we can't throw you back, really.

  15. I didn't realise that I was engaged in such a fine balancing act!

In any event, it is unfair of you to assume that I am trying to wind-up you Mousers. What evidence do you have for that? All I do is report the facts about the goings-on at Klan-field and with your new Chief Dragon, Roy Rodgers. I hardly think you can accuse me of trying to wind-up anyone.

I have come to accept that the messenger will always have to dodge some bullets in his quest to deliver the truth.
