    Spoilsport! :C

    How about
Danny Wilson? - No, why replace one nearly man with another?

Cappello? - ex England manager should be good - oh, you've been down that route

    Steve Mclaren?....ah!

The owners can use loopholes to get past FFP

King Power's shirt and stadium sponsor for starters are easy avenues to hide investment. They could start to sponsor the team bus to hide more investment if they wish. Man City paid themselves 300M to sponsor their own stadium to get past FFP

We have Walkers, air Asia and singha amongst others making our revenue considerable better then most teams in this league.

Once we get some of the shackles off it will give us more freedom in the transfer market

Danns, Beckford, St. Ledger, Wellens and Gallagher are all on big contracts and neither played much of a role this season.

Had they not have been here Nigel could have sign at least 2 more players which could have been all the difference.

Nigel recruits very well as we all know. Other then the 16 game bad run we haven't had anything like that since NP took over in his first or second spell here. I'm fully behind NP and as I said I would accept 1 year to build something if it brought long term success here. Going gung ho every year just doesn't work. It costing us a lot of money and getting us nowhere

But that would be the results of the mistakes, not the mistakes themselves.

Not trying to catch you out or anything, it's just I haven't seen anyone put their finger on where things when wrong over than umbrella terms like "tactically clueless", "can't motivate the players" and "rumours are he falls out with all the players", the first two could be applied to any manager that goes through a rough patch, the latter there's no (or little) evidence of.

Clearly can't motivate the players - back to my original quote 15 points from 54 in my eyes point out that he couldn't motivate the players from that slump - the facts (points gained) speak for themselves.

But he could motivate them after we had 53 points from 29 games?

Either you can or can't motivate them. I think part of the reason we struggled was because of the squad lacked depth and because of the wage bill we couldn't bring anyone in.

Chris Wood got a knee injury which Nigel was very cagey about

David Nugent suffered a potentially serious neck injury where he had a slipped disk

No one knows if there fully over their injuries now. It might explain why Harry Kane was brought in
