I think that it's most likely wrong too.I'm guessing that 99% of the population would not commit murder even if there no consequences.Mind you that still leaves 600,000 potential killers out there.I seem to recall that an FBI study on serial killers found that the vast majority of those intending to take that career option committed only one and were so traumatized by the violence that they never did another.The level of violence required to kill is quite high.I wouldn't like to have to do it.I suppose if vit were Cameron or Osborne I might force myself for the public good.
