No - you negotiate now as the deal should be better. Ashley has two choices: 1) sell now while we are relegation candidates but before you have to plough in the money to keep us up (which might not work anyway) 2) leave it till we are safe, having spent money, hope we stay up and hope that someone is willing to pay the mark-up you would add Its like deciding to renovate your house or get the scratches off your car before you sell it - or in our case the spruce up the outdoor ****ter or paint the Lada.
