If Arsenal win the league would be Pyrrhic Victory for us who want Wenger out.

That's value though. Those stats actually show us what Wenger is still good at.

The squad cost £257 million but is currently worth £330 million.(according to transferrmkt)

Slightly arbitrary as the current squad value is just made up. But if we go with that then we've added 26% value to the players. Would be interesting to see how much other squads have added.

There is no debating Wenger's prowess on the financial side of things, as he's been the chief architect in making us financially strong. He would be ideal going to a club that was in the process of developing, but in as a technical director. Not with us as he's not really needed, but to a club like Leicester, that will want to stay as a top Premiership team.

You probably wont like this.. Seeing as your morally against any pro Arsenal argument.:emoticon-0105-wink: (Club cost from CIES observatory)

Man City. Cost: £434 million. Estimated Worth: £376 million
Man United Cost £413 million. Estimated Worth: £308 million
Chelsea Cost £315 million. Estimated Worth £ 367 million
Liverpool Cost £267. Estimated Worth £ 274 million
Arsenal Cost £257. Estimated Worth £ 330 million
    Leceister £55m. Estimated Worth £ 95.5 million

We come out pretty well when you look at that. Wenger still makes some great signings. Chelsea costs is slightly deceiving seeing the sheer number of players who have come and gone in the last 10 years.

What about all the stars we've sold in the last 10 years and replaced with cheap hopefuls? Isn't that just as deceiving? At least Chelsea have leagues and a Euro title to crow about. Would you rather be top of the stats for this (which we're not by the way as Leicester are) or have titles? What use is a valuable squad if they're not a squad who win valuable trophies?

    Leicester 74%
    Arsenal 28%
    Chelsea 17%
    Liverpool 2.6%
    City -13.4%
    United -25.4%

So it's another table we're close to, but not completely at, the top of?... and not only that but it's a table that means nothing and is based on made-up figures only. My only response is..... meh. If 'that' is Wenger's strong point then no wonder we're not doing much.

How good Leicester are is not just about the Manager, it's as much about quality recruiting and sports science with a massive dose of team spirit !
