Ha! yes, all I know is that we ended up with Hurst and Harrison....and we are are where we are...And we could have had Lampard if the owner had been prepared to back him. It’s a very long list of ifs and buts.

I see Lankester is now out for a few weeks, and Huws has had a set back.
Don't think it'll make too much of a difference, we have enough bodies in now to cover any gaps
Time for Harrison to step up and hopefully do a job he has yet to do for us .
He's still injured as well (apparently)
Though not thought to be serious. Though it does only leave us with Quaner and Jackson as recognised strikers in the squad this weekend. With Sears, Keane, Morris, Folami all long term injuries and Drinan out on loan (not really in the picture anyway)
A shame we've got so many attacking injuries. I wonder if Lambert will persist with two up top, because a frontline of Quaner and Jackson is not going to strike fear in Reading's defence and the argument is there that we should draw upon our strongest area on the pitch, which is the midfield. Ripping up the tactical progression from the previous few games to revert to a formation that has not been getting us results is a little concerning though.
This is the problem Jackson has always had at Town. If called upon on Saturday he has one crucial match to be the hero or no doubt he’ll be out on his ear again.
Edwards should be in the thinking. But Will Keane will be a big miss.
I'd probably go with pushing Judge further forward, and having Bishop/Dozzell as the #10 supporting the forwards
No Pennington today as his Season is over!
