Show me where is said that council workers are civil servants you spastic. I gave a single example which is repeated throughout my industry. I probably have a more prestigious job than you and what you call a victim mentality is simply anger at workshy ****s who don't realise how good they have it.
You earn £15k per year ya dobber. ps Civil Servants are those who work for national government departments. Council workers are employed by local government hence the expression Civil Servants and Council Workers. I wont call you a spastic for not knowing this. I wouldn't expect anyone who earns a measly £15k per year to have such knowledge.
Yes I get paid badly but this argument is about public sector workers not accepting how good they have it in terms of work conditions. My pay is **** but my job is interesting and I get to work on better projects than I would if I worked for the council. I am not motivated by money I would rather do something interesting. If I wanted money I would work for the council and sit around thumbing my own arse, and complaining about how hard my job is, instead of doing any work.
As I said in my industry the public sector have it easy. In my expereience all public sector workers have it easier than the equivalent private sector employees. There are less holidays and less benefits, such as the many discounts council workers get in various shops which private sector people don't. Stress is an imaginary affliction which was invented as an excuse for the mentally weak to fail.
Kim I used to be in the public sector working with victims of domestic and/or sexual abuse (inc. children). Don't patronise me and tell me all work in the public service is easy and stress-free and well paid with good holidays. Some might be but you can say the exact same thing about the private sector. You're only 23. The world isn't as black and white as you think.
