    Bagels with salt beef or smoked salmon & cream cheese another tasty alternative,hard to find a decent one in Dublin but London has some great places for them

    I do have strict guidelines for breakfast. And for that I shall never apologise. Never!

    Just realised av no had soft boiled eggs and toasted soldiers in many a year. Gonny have that this weekend.

    I'm struggling to think of a time as well.

    I think it was in July, just after we came back from hols and her sister was staying over with her kids and as part of our acclimatisation to Jock soil, a full brekkie and Irn Bru was prescribed.

    Weekend grub now is toast on Saturday and bagel/muffin and Philadelphia and tomato on Sunday.

    I'm always having frys tbh. Full fry every Saturday at least then sausage/bacon egg bap 2 or 3 times a week.
