Personally I thought it was better than Minder...but that was a lonely position to adopt.

One programme that I adored as a kid and love just as much as an adult...

Whilst I am in America this was without question the best of the US detectives shown on Saturday before MOTD and Parkinson

Season 2 had the best music, but I like the season 1 titles for the clips from the original feature length episode and they never fixed that dent that Hutch made in the roof of his car by jumping on it!

Currently being repeated on a channel on Freeview. It holds up pretty well. Petrocelli came up in a conversation in the pub a few weeks ago...that wall...<laugh>

    I just love Top Cat
So obviously a Bilko spoof (no **** Sherlock
    ), but even better.
You can’t beat those iconic cartoons which are aimed at adults really, but kids obviously love.
Up there with The Sweeney, Fawlty Towers and Sesame Street vying for my greatest ever TV show. Many would be cartoons.

And of course the theme tune….

You could also have had about half the US cop shows or Doogie Howser, MD.

If we're doing theme tunes, nobody's beating these two....

    That's the one.

It was similar to Minder, having the dodgy 'brain' paired with the 'heavy' oppo. I preferred it because Turtle was smarter and Razor Eddie actually looked threatening.
