Good win. Ended up closer than it should have been. Into the semi finals!

More twisty-turny than a twisty-turny thing, you don't get that in any other sport.

South Africa 80/8 now 175/8, looks like England are doing the choking.

...all it needed was for me to post and the last 2 wickets fell straight away :)

176 to win should be comfortable. Hopefully England don't make hard work of it!

Could hardly have been more comfortable.
I'd prefer India in the final, we never seem to beat Sri Lanka and Malinga bamboozles our batsmen.

Very good performance. We could really do with bowling first in the final if possible. I don't fancy us setting a score and defending it against either of them.

Raining in Cardiff as per. The pitch isn't big enough, it never stops raining, any idea why we host international games there?

I think they feel they have to. After all it's the English and Wales cricket board and we have had Welsh players in the side in the past.

And so it's the final, England v India. Tredwell keeps his place and Bresnan back in for Finn, India unchanged.

Delayed start due to rain, the crowd being "entertained" with the ****test music imaginable.

Well this is exciting. Here in Hertfordshire, not one drop of rain today. I hope that the game can be rescheduled for tomorrow, can't believe there isn't a spare day if only for the final.

Who exactly thought that playing a tournament in the summer in England wouldn't require spare days with the risk of rain?

It's now going to be a 20 overs game, if the rain stops for long enough.

Another thing is the rigid cut-off point, 4:20pm I think. If it's dry in the evening they could play under lights. Cricketing authorities are not known for their flexibility though.

The "Indian" fans booed Bopara when he started bowling, karma.

Cook gone but he's been pretty poor in this tournament so not too much of a concern.

Unbelievable collapse by England. Oh well. Well done India.
