Ibra: greatest 34 year old striker ever?

    Some of the strikers mentioned in this thread have been legends for there clubs. Bergkamp, Zola, Drogba and there are other examples of strikers at that age performing at the top level in the past.

    At the moment though, are there any strikers doing what he is, so consistently at his age? I don't think so.

    I've said it in other threads - I think he will be the signing of the season. He has so many sides to his game and he has succeeded all across the continent. He is a real winner and determined to stay at the top for as long as he can. Even his comments about winning the community shield show how much winning and adding trophies to his name mean to him. He has an incredible mentality and despite his age he still has the talent, intelligence and physicality to succeed in the premiership.

    I predict big things from him this season. I'd go as far as to say I think he could be the top scorer if he remains fit throughout the season. And I think he will still be good enough to lead the line next season as well excluding any big injury problems.
