getting rid of hit or miss players for inflated prices has to be a good thing IF he spends the money on better replacements.

 

Silvinho maybe was the sole exception, but it's true otherwise, take Adebayor and Anelka, what manager is that clever?

However he needs to get some players back cheap later to bolster the squad, He should have brought back Viera

I agree that Wenger is a little shaky atm.

 

Henry won the CL and a couple of La Liga titles. I'd say the CL final was a better thing. Ashley has gone on to better things as well.

 

Henry was never as good he was in 2006 for example after he left. Cole was though.
