Had we continued to play the complete dross we were doing a few weeks ago, this may have been a possibility, but not now. Chris Hughton has nothing to fear regarding his position. It will take quite a catastrophic turn of events to change this
Absolutely nucking futs! If Malky walks after this I for one wouldn't blame him. Tan had better reverse this decision or there'll be trouble.
Even if there is a good reason for suspending Iain Moody, the replacement makes Newcastle's appointment of Joe Kinnear a master stroke. How long before the club make an official announcement. Once again no communication with the supporters (customers).
Just speculating, but what if the club have done the right thing and Moody has been a naughty boy with agents fees or something like that? I agree with Sparks in that we need the club to make a statement, if they can. Perhaps it is something contractual/legal and the club can't go public as it might prejudice any action being taken? There might be an alternative scenario but because of VT's "previous" we are all taking a negative view? As for the replacement? That does not look good however to appoint someone like him permanently goes against the generally professional way in which the club has been run, while accepting things like the colour change were poorly done. I'm not condoning what has apparently been done merely presenting an alternative situation.
Hope to God Tan doesn't end up becoming the new Venkeys at Blackburn Haven't seen this posted so thought i'd post it here for you https://twitter.com/GaryLineker/statuses/387919951568576512
Sky has said the club can't comment because of legal reason, skybet have also stopped taking bets on Malky now!
As you might think, most of the posters on AAMB are making stains in their underpants but there is some good posters there too. http://www.cardiffcityforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=124746 I read this post and I've thought the same thing. by C. Rombie-Coat I have wondered about this for some while. Our summer transfer activity has been very well reported in the Daily Mail and they have obviously been very well informed by someone at the club(where else could it have come from?). Last week out of the blue they report the bonus fallout. Perhaps this is not unconnected to Mr Moody's suspension.
Not surprised by this as Malky doesn't seem the type to be bullied by clueless owners etc. It's the last thing your club needs after a really good start to the season. Unfortunately in football, some people ain't happy until they fcuk everything up
Sounds like there might well be good reasons for the suspension but it really hasn't been helped by the putting someone in charge who has less experience than my cat.
You and MM may need to give this Apsalyamov a chance. The Mail is now reporting he is not the "nobody" it seems and already has a strong scouting network with links to big players in major clubs like Man U. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/05/09/article-2321923-19B2B0F7000005DC-841_634x439.jpg
Back to the thread. Do you think that Moody has done a good job ? 14 Cardiff 7 2 2 3 7 9 -2 8 15 Swansea 7 2 1 4 8 11 -3 7 I supposed I would have been happy being 14th at the start of the season but would have thought we would have got more than 8 points.
Hi Grinsha/dave My post was on thread...smile and admit it was funny. You need some cheering up after another episode of Tan craziness! Laters, I think most of us are just going to sit back, quietly observe and enjoy this. Good luck getting it sorted as you are making headlines for the wrong reasons.
