He's not good enough for city. Massively overrated for me. Too many games he goes missing or is in the pocket of a centre back that, for his supposed class, should be dominating. Took him until the Newcastle game to get his first goal too. Can be very clumsy and I'd even go as far as lucky in front of goal. Not trying to wum here either it's just how I've always felt about him. As someone else said, he had reached his level with us.
I am staggered at some people a few months ago most on here were moaning that City had him on the cheap and comparing to all sorts of strikers cost wise. Now he has had an injury and isn't starting in front of the leagues top goals scorer in Aguerro, he has suddenly become **** and a lucky goal scorer and not worth the money. Some on here are ****ing laughable.
I accept you are not a wum on this But your wrong saying Bony is overrated because he oozes class and skill....BUT and its a big but.....He is not the type of player for a team like man city and the way they play and the speed they play their football, I have always said this as he is a huge player and due to his size and wont be as mobile as some others, Saying that he will still get goals, maybe not as many as he did with us but he will score.....He is an asset for man city and an option the manager has got to play with.....he is worth every penny of his transfer deal....
