Tom Daley came out but there's a big difference if you're a sportsman who plays in front of a chanting crowd - swim meets have a more 'refined' audience. I don't think a top level footballer will come out while his career is still active, you'd have to be incredibly strong psychologically to put up with the chants and I just don't see it happening.

Couldn't care less either way to be honest, has **** all impact on my life. Agree with others though if not an issue why is one being made.
