Seriously Saw that program on the telly - the bees have worked out that they can survive temperatures a few degrees higher than a hornet can - so when the hornets enter the bees nest the little fellas all "pile on" and create a ball where the internal temperature literally roasts the hornet to death - the hornet does kill a fair few mind - but the nest and Queen are kept safe Here endeth the lesson for today - tomorrow we will be looking at telepathy in whales
