Simon, I agree with Logi on this. Beckford is out of form, but he still has the quality. He did well in his debut season in the prem, didnt get that many starts but scored some good goals in that, a couple good goals against chelsea and a fantastic finish i remember him scoring from way outside the box, a chipped goal. He is far better than any other striker we have at our club. So 'freezing them out' for me means they are not good enough
It's not Beckford's form (to a certain extent) that is the problem. Its the players around him. As Leeds fans have said, he relies on service. Something he hasn't been getting since his move.
