The thing is with Gordon is that unlike some other free agents, I don't think that he has ever been brilliant. And as he has played so little in the past few years, I seriously doubt that he (or other long term bench/treatment table warmers) could ever recapture some Premiership form. Also and much more importantly, we've seen about eight goalkeepers make mistakes so far this season, and our Kelv has saved two penalties. Sure they were rubbish but he still had to save them, and he hasn't got much else wrong yet. So stick with him because he's better than a lot of others.
I do feel we could do with an experienced goalkeeper to challenge Davis, whether Gordon is the answer I'm not to sure. Are there any decent centre backs available for free?
