I was depressed by the result today, much the same as I've been after each of the many many losses we've suffered since Moyes announced we would be relegated after 2 games in charge. This is the worst time I've had in the 60 years I've been a supporter, probably as I had begun to hope my team was becoming a long term top league team. However, mad and stupid and blind as I may be .. I continue to support Sunderland and always will.

To me, supporting Sunderland is like having a wayward son.
Constantly getting into trouble & being a waster.
You still love him but sooner or later the family will wash their hands of him for ****ing up so many times.

But usually Mate they turn out brilliant and you wonder why you ever worried in the first place<ok>
