Yes NP is standing there, what the picture is meant to mean I have no idea.

NP is standing in his technical area as is Chris Ramsey. There's a sex doll with the balloons apart from that theres nothing out of the ordinary

I wouldn't rise to it. It's a high post count that one should be embarrassed about. Particularly prolific posters who have nothing of value to say.

Like I said, was only meant as a bit of tongue in cheek banter!
    Christ almighty !
I'm as die hard a City fan and have always been a massive NP fan as anyone on this board but one thing I have become accustomed to over the 45 years or so supporting them home and away is " the roller coaster ride " !
I was absolutely gutted when news broke of his dismissal but reality hit me when I realised I was still quite healthy and hadn't got prostatic problems as was first feared !
What I cannot understand is grown adults almost in a state of mourning cos a football manager, as good as I believe he is, has got the push , for reasons we don't know but if we did , we might just agree with the decision made but for me I'm a Leicester City supporter, not a NP, Khun Vichai or Khun Top supporter though I'm most grateful for all they have done for the club I love !

<laugh> Calm down Mick, I was talking about OLM.

I don't think anyone is in a "state of mourning", just concerned about decisions the owners have taken on behalf of our club as of late. Any support for Pearson is FOR our club - we believe the club's immediate future would be better under him. I really couldn't give a **** what he does next now he's gone - as long as it doesn't have an adverse effect on us (ie, becomes a manager of a club that survives at our expense) - I only care what happens at Leicester. And, under Ranieri, I fear the worst. I sincerely hope I'm wrong though.

Gotta admit Gangsta so do I mate as I'm not entirely convinced 100 percent .
However, I wasn't sure about NP when he was appointed after Hollowhead & the rest speaks for itself.
Look at some of the options though buddy?
Lennon - fans hero but untried in Prem, done very well north of border ( not too difficult to do given the quality of other teams there ? ) pretty average so far at Bolton.
MON- didn't want job and again since leaving us apart from obvious success in Jock Land we have admit he too has been pretty average ( and I'm saying that wearing my rose tinted glasses) and if he hadn't of been sacked at the Mackems, would they have suffered relegation?
Eddie Howe- done brilliantly at Bournmouth twice but not very good in the Prem with Burnley !
    Klopp- not interested.
Dyche- I personally wouldn't have minded him as I think he's pretty similar style manager as NP , his dealings with the Media & opposing players maybe somewhat better but overall, if it was continuity we were looking for I think he was as close as you could get!
So for me, as much as I do have niggling doubts, CR possibly ticks the boxes for us to progress further ?
I'm certainly heartened that Shakey Walsh and Phillips have been retained for the immediate future at least .

Yes, if we did not sack MON then we would have been relegated that season. He is the worst manager we have had since our return to the Premiership and he gave us the most negative, boring football I have ever witnessed at Sunderland.

Eddie Howe has never managed in the Premier league, this will be his first time. Him and Bournemouth were made for each other, right through his career he has always been a success there and never got going at anywhere else. He'll keep them up but no guarantees he would have done it anywhere else.

Dyche, I believe he would have been the right appointment for you and a lot more solid than Ranieri, even if unspectacular.

Guy I wanted was Big Sam - he basically is the higher evolution of NP but unfortunately didn't want to come.

Only other guy would be Beilsa who apparently was interested but he would have changed everything about the club when we had just gotten settled.

CR is best of the rest and I am fine with that.

I was keen on Pearson from the off because the way he kept that Southampton side up (at our expense) that had looked dead and buried was fantastic work.

I know we were being linked with some silly names, but I was kind of hoping that it would be none of the above (oh, and you forget Alladyce <laugh>) - someone that hadn't been linked with us out of left field. Ranieri, Like Sven before him, is an obvious attempt by the owners to bring in a "big name" - but one that's past his best. To carry on the "girlfriend" analogy from another thread, if Pearson was an unassuming naturally good-looking teenager, Ranieri would be an aging former beauty with fake tits and loads of make-up <laugh>. On the surface, it's no replacement, but hey, maybe she/he will "perform" better! <laugh>
