It's a relative term H. Relative to our near neighbours, we have been successful in recent times. East Anglia has been starved of football success - Norwich have enjoyed 3 promotions in 10 years, that is more than all the other EA teams combined! and if memory serves me right - just one decent cup run in that time from Ipswich in the LC.
