Heart ruling head etc etc. I knew I was going to do it. Just had £20 on Rangers to get promoted with Hills at 20/1, but then they boosted it to 22/1. As I say it's only the price of 6 pints of cider. A mate of mine who is involved in a very small way at Rangers is saying Eze and the BFG2 are looking sharp and all seemed to very happy the way things are going.
Why so? If all 24 clubs had squads of equal standard, it should be 7/1 the field. Now I know our squad is probably weaker than some, but not by that much, I would say. Good value in my book.
I'm surprised they're below 50/1, doesn't matter how many teams are in it there's less than half that have a realistic chance. I think the bookies got well stung when Leicester won the Premier League and bigger odds are less prolific these days...
