No actress, but my uncle produced Poldark in the 1970s and then went on to be director of Pebble Mill, and my baby sisters job is to go around the country filming football matches. She also managed the behind-the-scenes setup for that Kenyan wildlife programme last year presented by Richard Hammond - 24 hour planet or something like that - does that count?

Cheers Wiz - tbh I can't remember much about it.
My uncle then did loads for Blue Peter - all their wildlife stuff - before settling down and working for Pebble Mill.
Never really took an interest - and now he's retired.

The sis still works in TV though and when City are the main feature on the FLS she volunteers to do the filming.
Me and my boy got a tour of the set before that Barnsley game where we clinched survival under Delboy - remember with the pitch invasion?

    One of my best
Thing is, Musicians have an interesting life but sacrifice for it

    The good things
Meet famous people (and occasionally work with same)
Gain immense satisfaction from their professional output
Gain immense satisfaction from creative expression
Get loved by a lot of strangers (!)
Get to travel and meet many such strangers
Visit many exotic places and impregnate a few foreign lovelies

    The not so good things

    Disorientated to f**k
Forever on the edge of 'do I have it ?'
    No family
    No family life
    Often without meaningful love
    No ordinary life
    No community
    No security
    No peace of mind

Hell, I just flashed my arse at the general public
    Waddya think ?

    Lev Yashin at Wembley 1966.
Jaz Coleman - anyone know him, he was my neighbour for 4 months in the Canary Islands.

Rickster = Being a bit of a music fan I'm very intrigued as to who you might have been if you were ever famous or semi famous ? Or would that be telling ?

Agree with the comment about Van Morrison, bumped into him at Gig in Newport and yes what a miserable t***.
haven't met that many but I'm sure my Dad knew Lloyd George??
Oh and I shared a "trough/urinal" with Tony Christie in a Sheffield pub, but not really conducive to a long conversation!!
