But why would West Brom let him go to a promotion rival Mike? I'd have been a lot more ticked off if we'd sold Viera to Villa or West Brom, it wouldn't have made any sense to strengthen our competition. And how do we know he would even want to come if we did approach them?
Definitely not for me. Would cost an absolute fortune, in both wages and transfer/loan fees, and aside from a good start to the 2016/17 season for Forest that got him his move to RB Leipzig, he's done very, very little since. RB Leipzig actually let him go after their coaching staff decided he didn't have enough tactical awareness to make it in their team. Hardly sounds like a Bielsa signing, given tactical intelligence and discipline is a vital component in the make up of a player in a Bielsa team. Struggled to get into a piss poor West Brom team last season, albeit in the division above, but that doesn't bode well for me. Only played for them once in the league this season as a substitute for all of 15 minutes, too. He's the sort of player you'd maybe take a chance on for £1m and low wages, as there is some level of ability there and he does have raw physical attributes, but West Brom spent £15m or so on him only last year so they'll want to recuperate the majority of that (whether that's in a permanent transfer or accumulative loan fees) and I'd imagine his wages would be at least in excess of £20k p/w and therefore blow our structure out the water. Finally, as has been mentioned by others: Why would West Brom let him go to a potential promotion rival? If they had any sense, they'd charge a premium for that alone to prevent us from strengthening elsewhere. He's definitely not worth that premium based on what little he's achieved so far. I know Bielsa would like another option out wide, but it's far more likely we'll look at another Premier League youngster on loan.
Davy have you seen where we are in the league how we are playing would suit him down to the ground and to be coached by the best does that answer your ?
Not to one of your main competitors though, doesn't make sense. Plus they are quite capable of developing him in-house, with more control over and visibility of his progress.
Because they don't seem to get the best out of him and benching him is not the answer Beilsa can bring the best out of him I believe look what he has done to Roofe Alioski and they don't have this lads talent
I am really excited about Burke we could have potentially a Gareth Bale if we put him the right direction
