    Good luck in giving up the booze mate. The most important thing is getting it together for your kids. I'm sure you can find a far better means of support than on here. You obviously know booze is a depressant and isn't going to help you if your already down about your situation. It's a vicious circle. Good luck

    UPDATE

    Went to Madrid from Sunday to today, so obviously had a drink, ****ing suffering now but I'm going to rough this hangover out if it kills me!
