We went down for the weekend this year. We all started drinking in the travelodge across from the ground and went on to the working mens club up the road. After taking a stroll for some of the worst fish & chips in existance, we tried to get in, but to no avail. Well for 5 of us anyway. Me and my mate's brother got stopped and our tickets taken off us. My other mate got to the turnstiles but was turned away and told we'd be nicked if we tried to go any further towards the turnstiles. The coppers then sold our tickets to some other City fans, who were looking for them on the cheap.

We decided to watch it back at the working mens club with the exception of my mate's brother, who tried to find another way in was found at the end sitting on a kerb bored ****less.

Watching it with Guzzler, one of the the biggest pissheads in City's following is an eye opener. The working mens club tried to bar him.

I still believe i wasn't that drunk, infact i got in everywhere else afterwards and stayed the course of the night. The barmen in the pub said they were all Preston twats and were ruining the matchday experience.

Apparently, the coppers & stewards were quite heavy handed that night, but this is from my mates.

It's enfuriating when you aren't that drunk and some tosser refuses to let you in. Happened to me in Liverpool last year when a bouncer wouldn't let me into a bar for being 'too drunk' and told to go home yet the boozer a few doors down let me in no problem and the bloke on the door wished me a good night!

Blackpool to beat West Ham, they play good football and it would really upset all the people brown nosing West Ham.

It's one of my favourite sitcoms.

"You're all gonna see a new Duffy! No more living in the gutter for me! I am on the up!"
"What you having for dinner Duffy?"
"Fray Bentos pie...."

I hope Blackpool beat West Ham and they have to face the financial meltdown they so richly deserve.

Sadly, I don't think it will happen.

One of the funniest tweets I've seen this week:

Rick Skelton ‏ @HullCityLive
#hcafc symmetry in play-offs. WHU who beat us twice beat team we beat twice. Blackpool took 4 points off us beat team we took 4 points off

I asked him how he knew this ****, and apparently it just came to him during the game lol.

Totally agree. Although talking to one of my Hammers mates, he really didn't understand 1) Why I would feel that way and 2) Thinks their club is run on a solid financial footing...

The only surprise what hard work Blackpool made of the last part of the game. 3-0 up on agg and nearly foo ked it up. Now like Blackburn it will be a fun watch this summer on who goes and stays.

imo, Chris Hughton will leave and maybe end up @ WBA.
