Cheers Dutch - a very cruel way to lose but it would have been equally harsh on them to have lost to a penalty that I think was 'very soft' (putting it tactfully). Overall, if I'm honest, I think they shaded it - they certainly seem to have more players (if they keep them) than us that are currently ready for the Prem - Vydra, Chalobah, Anya, Cassetti, Ekstrand, Almunia and, fair play to him, Troy Deeney showed that he is very capable of leading the line.

Most of them are also ready for Serie A, only Almunia and Deeney that you named I think are actually owned by them. I think Watford, if they do go up, are going to be under some scrutiny.

They are only under embargo until August this year and they can still sign players as long as the FA sanction the deals, which they will, because the Premier League have told them to.

It's the weakest embargo in the history of embargo's.

I don´t really know what to say tbh. I mean the words "rather in the semi´s than the final" come to mind, but that´s BS. "lucky to make the play offs so we had a good run" also BS............

I know, got it. A very dodgy DEF which I said before the game must be on their game & they where ****, very **** to say the least. The DEF was dodgy most of the season tbh.

So there´s your 1st job next season mr manager... who ever that will be ????

Come on Andy - keep looking at it - the two brush against EACH OTHER - then he throws his arm up in the air and goes down. He dived. But justice was done. YOu missed out on promotion - just but will be right up there next year - and if you can avoid the Mananger of the Month curse you will go straight up (your worst spell of the season were the 7 games after Pearson got that. Look at our board where I have shown that not one club benetted from the MoM :(

    Good luck next year

We are not even under a one year "embargo" - we just have to get the FL to vet and sanction our transfers in advance until end of this August - it is to make sure that no thieving owner does to us what the last guy did and diverts our transfer fees fo his own account instead of the club's

    Oh come on.

He puts his arm across his shoulder and pulls him back/down.

It's a foul. Soft, but he does foul him.

This game will go down in folklore history. An amazing match but it would have been an injustice had you won with that undeserved penalty. Had you not been given the penalty, Watford would never have broken and scored at the death though. So that's a little ironic.

I feel for Nigel Pearson, as he's a good guy, but I would have felt worse for Zola had Watford gone out to the softest penalty I've ever seen given in such an important match.

Leicester will bounce back and will be up there next season so your disappointment will be short lived. Watford may not even win at Wembley, so it could all happen again next season between the same two sides!!

Funny - but even Radio Leicester doubted it.

Still in the end it helped us to get the break which got the goal so justice was done. You are a good enough side to get the automatic promotion spots next year - if we stay in the Championship I think we will not do quite so well next year

I don't think bad luck comes into it, watford were better than us, out played us second half, we missed a fortunate penalty and were nieve in our defending afterwards....... after a while you realize your not always unlucky in life and need to take a look at yourself to see where the real answer is..this club should not of been in the position of scratching about in the playoffs...<ok>

Where does 'justice' come into it?

We got a fair penalty, we missed and you countered and scored.

The floating (detached) head of Nigel Pearson in your footer could be taken by some to be symbolic LOL - was that your intent?

Alan Young said he saw it once and he didn't think it was. I didn't at first either. The truth is it's open to interpretation. No one really knows how much force was exerted into the push except Knockaert, and I'm sure he'll claim he was pushed until the day he died (although if you see how quickly the defender's hand moves towards Knockaert's neck when knocky lifts his shoulder, it's clear that the was certainly some force). But those that are adamant that it definitely wasn't a peno are on as unsure ground than those that say it definitely was. There was certainly contact. Football may be a contact sport, but pushing a player running at speed has never been allowed.
