I feel rather down in the dumps today

You may know me as the charismatic clever witty and popular poster on this site Duncan.
My friends colleagues and family all think I'm great too , not just handsome with a gorgeous wife but also a talented footballer and life and soul of the party.

This being said even a rock of a man life myself has his off days , I haven't shaved in days went to bed without brushing my teeth and stayed up late snorting coke drinking and smoking top grade marijuana.

As a result I feel a little out of sorts today and a little bit sad .

Maybe some warm words of advice and praise will cheer me up .
