Surely Luton will drop in form at some point?! What they've done so far is nothing short of miraculous, especially since losing their manager out of the blue, they haven't skipped a beat.
Luton signed three loanees yesterday, Portsmouth 1 in and 1 out I think, Charlton similar, Barnsley took 1 in iirc
Exactly mate, didn’t 2 of their top players have loans ended as well? And they’ve already been starting to falter. I think they’ve ****ed it.
Between Us, Luton and Barnsley. I said somewhere earlier , we need to win 13 out of 19 games and we're up, f @CK the rest.
I wouldn't compare what this new lot have done in 6 months to what Bob Murray and Peter Reid achieved. Each to their own, though.
I love Bob Murray for his legacy, but let’s not be rose tinted at the same time, I was only a kid but I remember he was very much criticised and fans were desperate for him to go. He was true to his word with the academy and stadium and therefore left as a great chairman and owner. He wasn’t always that though, often far from it. Reid performed miracles. No question. Loved the bloke, always will.
It was obvious we weren't paying 4m off the bat. I tweeted as much. Some of our fan base are thick as pig **** mate. Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk
But at the same time he hasn't had a run of games in the championship and that's important to strikers. He could still suprise us yet, especially if the team as a whole take to the league Guess we'll never know unless it happens Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk
Grant and Honeyman are going to keep cm's busy so no more fullbacks being covered by their mdfielders. Teams are going to have to drop their wingers back to cover now which means we'll be able to peg teams right back. I think this will suit the forgotten man Wyke and our fullbacks. We've really addressed our weaknesses. There's a good chance for everybody to shine. Players like Morgan are going to do damage if teams don't double up on them, which leaves spare men to cause havoc while playing a high pressure game. I'm struggling to see how we can be contained. Going to see a lot of teams putting 11 men behind the ball now. First time this season I look at us and think we look dangerous and solid all over the pitch. Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk
Couldn’t agree more Bri, and there’s options in almost every position. I wish we wouldn’t put us all through the turmoil every time though, had to book Ramside to calm my missus down cos I was a bit of a **** in my stressed state
Just come in, havent seen or read other posts yet but totally agree. The snippet I have heard is it is £4 mil if we get to the Prem. If that is the case its a snip if we dont it hasnt cost that much. I wonder what the f*ckers would have been like if we hadnt gotten a striker in. Good transfer window in my opinion.
Portsmouth signed Vaughn ! I reckon to stop us getting Grigg, luton signed two canny players we have the best squad now in this division, and the Spurs lad gets good reviews, lets just hope the game gans ahead.

We are talking about Sunderland here. What should happen and what does happen are 2 totally different things
That's the spirit. You can't lose with that. If it all goes belly up you can brag 'I told you so'. AND If it goes well you feel great and nowt matters. I call it positive thinking.
