Oh but Mr Fettis does like a prediction ( that are usually embarrassingly way of the mark unfortunately) Favorites to go down means jack ****, we proved that this season. I understand you are trying to wind us up due to your bitterness but put it this way if it makes you happy, if rather be in the premier league and one of the favorites to go down than be in the Championship and be one of the favourites to go up to the place WE ALREADY ARE!!!! No brainer. As for Cambiasso, I expect him to return to River Plate in Argentina. Of course this would be a blow, but we certainly haven't been a one man team this season. We have an excellent squad and with 2-3 quality additions we can push on Glad you are looking forward to your trips to MK dons, a special day out for you all I'm sure lol. Says it all really.
Not trying to wind anyone up but some of you Leicester fans live in cloud cuckoo land if you think that one season in the premier league means your going to shoot up the league next season . I bet even Pearson will say the aim is survival at the beginning of the season .
I'm glad I kicked this one off again! Firstly, loving the classic 'relegated team' attitude of "Oh well, the Championship is better anyway, and we'll win more games so it'll be more fun" Secondly, talking about the difference between fact and opinion, here it is: Opinion: If we made a joint team of Leicester and Hull players, it'd be mostly Hull. Fact: Leicester are better than Hull, Pearson is greater than Bruce, and we'll be playing in a higher division than you next season Good luck pal, this season proved that the Championship is not easy, you may make it back first time, you may not... You could easily lose Jelavic, N'Doye, Thudd, Dawson, Chester and Brady (off the top of my head), and obviously you'll try and offload £10m Hernandez (although good luck finding someone to buy the useless twat ), and obviously Livermore will be gone... What's left after that!? Where's Nick Proschwitz these days!?
We were also in cloud cuckoo land when we thought we could get automatic promotion from the championship... Just to remind you, you lot enjoyed coming to tell us how we'd finish 7th, or be lucky to make the playoffs... And I'm sure you'll remember, we walked the league with over 100 points... We were also deluded and in cloud cuckoo land at the start of this season, when we spoke of finishing clear of the relegation places... 14th place, ain't too bad I guess!
The only comments I've read that were even close to suggesting that we won't be among the relegation candidates were comments that the three clubs that come up will be the three favourites to go down. This is FACT, as the posted odds can prove. All newly promoted clubs get this label and, as this season as shown once again, rightly so. Doesn't mean we won't go down, but it doesn't mean that around 8-10 other clubs won't go down either. Clubs that suffer second season syndrome are usually those that lose their manager (Norwich), were lucky to survive in the first place (Bradford, Hull the second time, Wolves) or teams that bombed late in the first season after starting well (Hull the first time). Unless we lose Pearson, we're not in any of these categories.
Doubtful any Leicester fan thinks we are going to be top 8 next season.cjeez Fettis I think you just make stuff up as you go along and keep pulling this out of your arse as you don't half talk some ****e mate you really do. As for Pearson, he already come out and said he doesn't want another relegation fight next season and we need to develop the squad further and push on to set our sights higher, I'd happily take another season of consolidation around 14 th again but a little progression of around 12th would be excellent. Your concern for our well fair is all very nice but really not necessary. Our club is being run fantastically well and we are very lucky to have the owners we do. Bet you wish you could say the same. Enjoy next season sunshine...... We certainly will.
Im sorry that is funny Where would your players get in? Goalkeeper? No because it would be Schmeichel Defenders? Huth is in with one Morgan and Dawson Full backs would be Albrighton and Schlupp Midfield you might get one alongside Cambiasso Mahrez would be the attacking mid And strikers all yours are **** Ulloa has 13 goals, Vardy and Kramaric are internationals.
Pushing your luck a little on the "Vardy is an international" but I like it. Regardless still better than anything That lot have to offer. Surely Steven Harper over Schmeichel though Proud.....no? Hernandez over Ulloa? Ok huddlestone over Cambiasso? Ginger Quinn over Mahrez then? Oh cmon..then McShame over Huth surely? Lmao Chester and Brady yes, Dawson maybe, huddlestone from the season before last yes but he has been dog ****e this past season. Jelly on the bench. So 4/5 at best. Jeez and they call us deluded, remind me.... Who is it that got RELEGATED?
Schmeichel Chester Huth Dawson Elmo Cambiasso Huddlestone Schlupp Mahrez Ulloa Vardy Subs. Morgan, Wasyl, Brady, James, Albrighton, Jelavic, N'Doye My knowledge of Hull players isn't brilliant tbh, but that starting 11 could be a mid-table side. I'd say an 11th place finish.
Would swap Chester for Morgan and have Nugent on the bench rather then Jelavic but otherwise that would be my choice.
... and as I've posted elsewhere... wouldn't be at all surprised to see Andrei Kramaric eclipse all of them in due course... that finish on Sunday was clinical... but more importantly despatched instinctively...
Goalkeeper schmeichel Defenders elmo Chester Dawson Huth Brady or Robertson Midfielders cambiasso huddlestone diame Strikers ulloa vardy
Have you seen Huddlestone play this season, Wizard? I'd easily take James and King over him, maybe even DD (yes, Huddlestone has been THAT bad!) I would also take Albrighton over Elmo.
no better left wing - back prospect in the league than Jeff Schlupp right now - based on last third of the season - just ask Nathaniel Clyne
No Mahrez? No Schlupp? Really? Wow, I must go back and watch some Hull matches, I must have missed those special talents. No wonder you finished midtable with... oh wait, you didn't.
