    A guilty verdict is unlikely, as the revenue would have given him plenty of chances to settle this matter before it is taken to court. This points to the fact that, as no "arrangement" has been made to settle this, that Harry has been advised that there is no case to answer. If there was, he would have got his chequebook out.

    Even if he was, do you really think that a 61 year-old man, with no criminal record, who has strong roots in the community and has recently undergone heart surgery would be jailed?

    What this is, is the revenue trying to justify the money spent on an investigation that has dragged on for many years by giving the dice one last throw. It is our money being wasted on this and it will be far in excess of the proceeds of income tax on 185k that is spent.

    I am sure that when Harry was offered the job, Levy made him put all of his cards on the table. These accusations are hardly news are they? DL would never have taken him on if there was the remotest chance of him embarrassing the club.

    Never mind Piskie. Must admit, never saw you as a moral crusader...
