Following the articles of colonisation put forth by @luvgonzo at the conference of landgrabbing in Burnley, I hereby plant a flag and declare this forum to be a territory owned and operated by myself.
 
Every member of the new colony can have a thread of his own. We need a voting thread for democracy to thrive, I put my name forward for Governor and Overlord of the "Zingrepublic Party". Also, we need a militia keep peace and to fend off other boards from trying to seize this forum.

I would just like to point to out that this is the only legitimate land-claim flag because it was the first and also the only one with a flag.
