    You're actually defending Mr Tiote here? I get the mob mentality point but what's your objection to us ripping into him for being such a horrible prick? We didnt all react straight away because we didnt know what he meant. And someone has to comment first, you cant have 40 people simultaneously turning on him.

    That is an option I agree but I prefer to voice my opinion when something disgusts me. Having read his comments I would be a statistic on the "viewed this thread" count. Personally I would feel shame for our club if 100 people had viewed his comments but nobody had pointed out how wrong he was to say what he had.

    If you ignore a wrong you give strength to the argument that you either agree or are at least apathetic about it. I opposed so I said so and the others who did likewise presumably felt the same. Nobody can now be in any doubt about how NUFC fans feel about this sort of prejudice.

    not defending him, just think people are over reacting. when i personally found out what the whole thing was about i actually just rolled my eyes and went to the next thread, only got involved because of the magnitude of reply's keeping it at the top of the forum.

    i expected a bit better of the community here if im honest.

    Really? Well I do think the fact it has been bumped several times after it had calmed down is a bit annoying, but I would be more upset if we hadnt commented, mocking the disabled is just pathetic.

    Got no time for those that belittle/put down the weak and infirm. People can't always help what they are, but when able bodied people put down those that have to try that little bit harder to get on in life it's a very sad day for humanity.
