Is there an extra game added on for a frivolous appeal. Happened to Turner when gayboy Barry fell over?
Couldn't care less. Nothing to do with our club. Pulis doesn't like it when it's on the other foot. He's spitting his dummy out cause they are going the wrong way down the league and he can't do anything about it. They've taken the towels away from his players, rejected appeals, whatever next - Like I really give a toss... Unlucky Huthy, get yourself a nice holiday. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
A richly-deserved three match man. Mebbe Pulis will apologise now... and we can all move on from this palaver
An absolute disgrace that this hasn't been overturned. Never in a million years was it a red card. Shocking decision. I hate the way football is going over these things, our FA is a joke, despite what Pulis said and did.
Would not have expected any other decision, the more I look at the tackle at normal speed, Meyler is a very lucky lad. Huth does not belong on a football pitch anyway. Bart
I wonder if you'd still say that if it was one of the Demba boys that was on the receiving end of the tackle and he'd ended up injuring himself due to the force of the tackle and I wonder if you;d still think it was only a yellow?? Although I suppose most oif your fans thought Cabaye on Spearing wasn't even a foul so I'm not really surprised you've said this wasn't a red!!
My point is, you look at challenges from Skrtel on Bale, Warnock on Raylor, Suarez on Parker, Ekotto on Di Santo, and yes, Cabaye on Spearing, all go unpunished and yet the soft ones (Huth, Cabaye v Brighton, Tiote v Stevenage, Turner v Man City) all get 3 game bans. I could put a similar question to you, O'Shea goes in like Huth did and he gets a red card, you would not be happy at all. There were no studs, no intent at all to injure the player, the fact that he barely touched him and it was only his knee that may have. You cannot start giving red cards for these tackles otherwise sliding will banned soon.
Its happened to Cattermole a couple of times with stupid red cards (some he deserved, some he didnt)...but we didnt send photos into MOTD like that prick, you accept and move on.
I don't remember it but have been informed many times about it. Am I that stubborn and deluded to say Shearer didn't deserve to be banned? Of course not, seems the FA have been making joke decisions for years, but what players are being punished for now is a joke, surely you can see that?
What part of Huth's tackle was under control? Could he have stopped if Meyler's feet were on the floor? It was reckless and dangerous, I would have been more surprised if it had been rescinded. People are saying he pulled out, it was tackle he had no chance of winning from when he set off. Hence Huth's apology to Meyler!
From challenges you have seen get away with it, you seriously think this was worthy? No intent to harm the player at all, hence his legs being tucked away. Clear attempt to get the ball IMO. Some people need to grow some balls.
