Agree Lapras, BUT, I equally don't see the point of some sad Southampton "fans" coming on here with their holier than thou comments, then as soon as someone raises the (true) point of their late owner's German origins, their last two heavy defeats to Pompey, or the alleged obese weight of their striker, they start to get a bit queer, and the fun begins ! Woopy you seem to have a very selective memory. On The old BBC 606 many Pompey fans ventured onto the Southampton board to remind us who was in the top division and the 4 goal breakway defeat you inflicted on us ment from no where more Pompey fans came out the woodwork. But thats life, we all hope we are around long enough to see some Highs to go with lows that life in general throws at you. I was bitten, by one of their blasted flies once. On the foot. My leg swelled up like a balloon. Very painful. I was using google earth, and sliding it about, to see what was west of Southampton. Alderholt looks rather nice actually and just down the road is the strangely named Cripplestyle.
I like yo listen to Radio Solent when after the games to hear the fans and reporters thoughts of teams respected games. The guy that watches Pompey always seems to come on and says things along the lines of: 'We were unlucky, The lads played there hearts out', something about 'determination' and how the ref 'hasn't got it right again today...' Very repetitive and has started to become a bit of a joke with my family
