Sorry, I don't get your point? Why are you moaning about a British broadcaster givng the most time to the leading British team that has 2 British drivers in it? You do realise that if were doing well but McLaren had 2 drivers from other countries and Lewis and Jenson were doing well at say Ferrari and Mercedes, then the split of coverage would be more evenly spread between the 3 teams because of that. So, of course what you say has a semblance of truth to it (if a little exaggerated to make your point), but that doesn't mean that what they are doing is wrong. You must realise that the majority of people watching either the British Broadcasting Corporation's or British Sky Broadcasting's coverage of F1 are most likely more interested in the British team and the British drivers???? They still give plenty of time to Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes. They seem to like talking to the woman at Sauber a lot too these days (mostly after the race). But we see Christian and his vandalised grave yard for a set of teeth are on all the time, and we hear a lot from Ross Brawn, as well and Ferrari as well. That you might not be supporting a British team and/or driver but live in Britain is just your bad luck, and whining like a little baby because you don't get exactly what you want is more then a little pathetic, just deal with it. It's like turning on the MUFC channel and moaning that they don't mention Chelsea enough. If you can't understand this concept, then I am a little concerned, and you will have more luck sitting on the shore, ordering the tide back than seeing an exactly even spread of coverage for each team, go on, give it a go.
They're meant to be presenting F1, not (team Britiain) if you don't know this I think you don't have a brain in that skull of yours and I would be amazed how you can type that rubbish. The coverage for other teams is ****e and all you get is a bunch of British butt munchers like yourself pissing on the parade of the rest of us because you want to know what Jenson and Lewis had for breakfast... How interesting! And last time I checked the BBC always said they were impartial, socially and politically! Somebody already did a test on how much coverage RBR got and it was found to be fact that RBR got as much coverage as McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes and all you had was whinging from tarts like yourself that somehow RBR was being favoured lol. There's a reason why F1 peaked at that period as it was the best coverage we ever had, and no millions of Skysports arse licking will ever beat that! I'm watching the Olympics on the BBC and they are doing what they did with the F1, giving everybody a fair opinion and shed of light rather than doing what ITV and Sky are doing by claiming "our boys never cheat but they do." I don't care if it's patriotic as long as its a fair reflection! I had a massive laugh at Sky with how they could come out after the Spanish GP qualifying and try to support McLaren that they had "made a mistake" with Lewis' fuel! Don't me me laugh Damon please! With comparison they were like a dog on heat when Seb overtook Jenson off track and came out with how deserving of the penalty he was. If that was a British driver I'm sure we will be getting an hour worth of crap by Lazenby and co on why it was so unfair and that the stewards (have it out for him) and that we need a national enquiry into the sport and if we are lucky we will get a few quotes from a bunch of tossers on twitter bitching about how unfair it was and how F1 was dead to them now. You really, REALLY! have to laugh at how "honest" Sky are when the FIA come out saying rules are being looked into against RBR and they try to spin it into "blatant cheating". You can tell they are making it work like a charm as you only have to read some of the moronic **** being posted across the web by my fellow countrymen that somehow they have been stereotyped into the next Schumacher and Benneton, how sick and short sited can society get over here? Seems people forget what happend in the previous years with the mass dampers, F-duct, double diffuser and blown floors that got highly praised by people here and I quote: "Great thinking and outside of the box." When RBR or Ferrari do something that's a bit "grey" "That's cheating wahhhhh!" or so Sky like to push into perspective anyway and I don't like that and I'm not alone believing that! But anyway.... A whiner having a whine at another whiner and then trying to claim the high ground by stating the bloody obvious that the TV (I watch) from the country I live in will be biased....how smart of you! Nice try with the subtle insults though!
I'm currently watching the Olympics in the U.S. and I'm shocked at the amount of coverage that they are giving the U.S. Team. Would you credit it?
I'm watching the olympics in the UK< and the amount of coverage GB get is a joke. I was certain they'd focus on the honduras athletes.
Sorry Silver, that looks like the rant of someone who is looking through somethng with blinkered vision. You can see what you want to see, make out of it what you will and come up with the opnion that you have. Reality is quite different. If I could be bothered I could take issue with most of the examples you have mentioned and show that you are looking through tinted specs with them. Even with the weeks to go before the net GP, I can't be arsed! Your openly biased views makes your argument that Sky is biased somewhat ironic.
