Off on both Friday and Saturday, though shall be buggering off early on Saturday to go watch the lesser Gallagher brother.

I was tempted to go on Friday purely because Yonaka are there but I'm not sure I'm up for crowds at the minute, the website says day tickets have sold out anyway.

Ticket prices appear to have gone up but for concessions obsessives it appears under 12's are free on the Saturday.

Appear.....it's gone from free on the day to £20 on the day over the last few years.....unfortunately in part the event as gone from thoose who like to watch live music types to the sunny day piss up sorts, still going on the friday though.

I’m going on Saturday. Got my tickets back in January so it was £10.

Prices have practically doubled. It’s gotten bigger every year and there’s been more there though.

That's exactly it - yes, it's a shame that it is no longer free, but the bigger the event becomes the harder it is to maintain with no cost. It's a shame, but it's worth it. It's not like the tickets are mega expensive.

The last time I went it was rammed with legless 18/22 year olds !.
They where falling all over the place and I couldn't get served !
Ended up having a beer outside Holiday Inn !

Mark Page is emphasising the importance of Friday night, who are the special guests?

Always wondered why they charged the same for Friday night as they do for Saturday considering the Saturday is a much longer day and more happening.
