Is it realistically viable without the office block? I know the board claim it isn't but do we reckon that's bollocks and they just want to squeeze more money out of it or are they right? There's obviously a bit of a struggle here where the council want them to back down and drop the offices, and they're insisting they can't and won't.

IKEA have now confirmed that the story about them wanting a unit in Kingswood was bollocks...

IKEA stuff isn't snobby. It's flat packed ****e for starter homes. Once you've been to IKEA in Leeds it's enough to put you off ever wanting to visit one ever again.

To be honest I don't know enough about the office block suggested to decide whether it's needed or not, but aren't the Bridge Board made up of the four local authorities anyway? So presumably there's an ER councillor representing the Council on the Bridge Board that wants it, but the planning committee for the Council don't want it ?!

Went once, never again. Bought some **** made from old pallets and hairy string. Everything has a Scandinavian name printed on it. I think we bought an rscunt or summat.
