Forget the reds lads, if anything you looked better with 9 but what was Poyet thinking playing for the draw?

All out defence and time wasting from the first whistle, against a supposed 'relegation rival'?

Thought the 2 sendings off helped you, 8 men behind the ball made you a more difficult proposition and probably stopped you being carved apart in the second half.

Need to see Cattermole's again but what was Dossena thinking? Horrible, horrible tackle with no attempt to play the ball.

McShane got there first, Westwood clattered into him. Anywhere else we would have got the foul. Brave dive by Westwood. Hope he is ok. Vito looked good, as he did when he played for us. Hope you get to appreciate him.

I thought Brady was lucky to stay on the pitch but I was a long way off.

Cattermole thought it was a red otherwise he wouldn't have walked so easily. You will know him better than me but he doesn't seem the type of person to see a player pretending to be hurt if he didn't touch him. Hard and maybe reckless, yes. Somebody who condones cheating, no. To me his behaviour suggests he knew he caught him.

You defended well in the second half. I hope you stay up but not at our expense.

I didn't like Poyet before today, I have even less time for him after his interview.

For anyone who did not see the tackles...
Cattermole is not helped by Elmo rolling over 4 times. No defence for Dossena - stupid tackle.

Cat's was hardly even a booking. No contact, no studs, it's almost as though he was pulling out of the tackle because he drew his legs back in when he realised he was not going to get it. Shocking decision, he'll win that appeal. Dossena, Nasty bastard, no excuse.

    My thoughts.

City were the better team in the first half. We were already 1-0 up before the two bellends got themselves sent off, and by that time we were passing it around well. You could sense somebody red & white stripes was going to lunge in and do something daft. And of course, Cattermole doesn't disappoint. Dossena is a disgrace.

Second half, we should've upped the tempo, but it was slowed down by ourselves and we never really stretched you. Our strikers have always been average, so i wouldn't take to much pride in keeping us to 1-0 despite all that pressure.

The kid we had upfront, Proschwitz, i'd happily pay for his reurn flight to the Fatherland. However, your strikers were as bad (all match). Altidore picked up where he left off i see.

You could've nicked a point, but Harper was switched on and made a good save form Johnson. After that ,you lumped the ball into the box and it was pretty comfortable.

Your fans were class. They deserve much more.

Hopefully, i'll be at the return match at SOL.

After seeing the Cattermole one, I agree. Elmo should have been booked if anything.

Are you blind? He was pulling out of the tackle, if there was any contact, which I'd need another angle to see it, it was his knee, at most yellow. Dossana on the other hand is a nasty piece of work.

My arse he's pulling out the challenge.

It deserved a booking at least, as did Brady's late on, but to say he was trying to avoid it.

    **** off!

no mate, he deserved a booking at most. Check the rule book.

He went into the tackle with his legs out, contact would have been knee only, the tells you his feet were being withdrawn.

If you use your eyes you'll see it's his trailing leg which mounts more evidence it was a yellow at most.

    That's what i said.

You're saying it was fair. Which it isn't. Even if your booked it's because you've done something wrong.

And you believe he was pulling out of it- how do you pull out of a challenge when you dive in like that? You can't.
