It's funny that because in his interview, Nige described it as an interesting or entertaining game, yet it was one of the dullest games we've been involved in this season.

Interesting in the sense it was a technical duel between two sides that essentially cancelled each other out. I guess what we call entertainment and what managers call entertainment differs. After all, our jobs aren't on the line if a side goes out and plays gung-ho football!

Evans had a poor game, he did indeed look ****e.

You forgot to mention that Aluko made Morgan look ****e too. <ok>

Great comeback! If he is the best defender in the league then god help all of the other defenders in this league! The only way he could get the better of any of our players today was to point blank foul them!

To quote a post on your board, from a Hull fan, in response to your view of the game...

Is that the best that you can come up with?

He made Whitbread look ****e and Aluko has changed my opinion on him. Tidy players but I didn't realise he was strong.

Simpson, who Wes was marking, was dead quiet and had Bruce subbed him for Prossie you'd be looking at 3 points with his free header at the end.

Wes, in my opinion, had one of his worst games for us and was still better than the other defenders on the pitch for me, Faye was probably even.

Was interesting reading your forum and a lot of your fans thought Chester was MOTM? Didn't think he was that great personally. Knockaert was pulling him around and making space for the strikers late on. Was that one of his average games for you or is he normally better?

Thought Faye was on par with Wes, but he had the odd mistake in him. Including his free header and his wild swing.

A draw was a fair result. A few key players on both sides had bad games, Evans, Simpson for us and I have to say, I expected more from Morgan really. He disappointed me in a sense. He constantly fouled someone to win a header (it was like he was trying to get a Donkey Ride from Simpson all the bloody time) and Marshall didn't look good IMO.

Knockaert was a great player, I think you're definitely going to struggle if he gets injured because he was your main threat. - Although he did like hitting the Ground after every challenge and riving around as though he was in agony <laugh>

Chester, Faye and Hobbs didn't give Nugent a moments rest and he looked ****e.

Elmo didn't really get into the pace of things at all and I felt that if we'd have used him more, we may have scraped a result.

Simpson is more suited to the 'Koren role' IMO. He just cant take his chances and it's costing us.

Aluko looked brilliant again, shame he was tired in the 2nd half, we missed his trickery and link up play.

I enjoyed the game, it was a good match.

Wasn't impressed with Hobbs (expected due to being out for so long) or Chester.

Don't think Nuge was **** although he was definately outnumbered. His off the ball work was superb and he held the ball up well against 3 centre halfs. To say he was **** isn't right.

Koren and Evanslooked poor but the little ginger lad was decent but very weak on the ball.

Your best 3 were Aluko, Faye and the keeper who i'm not going to bother spelling.

Ours were Knockaert (MOTM), Kasper and Wes wasn't as bad as you're making out (had Simpson in his pocket) but it was probably his worst game for us.

Whitbread, Koncheskey and James were our weakest links.

It was a good game, Pearson said he enjoyed it. Was very tactical and both sides nullified each others threats.

I was just trying to say Morgan didn't impress me really but nevertheless, he had a decent game. He would be expected to have Simpson in his back pocket, Simpson's ****e at heading and he would get out muscled by Wes all day long.

Nugent for me, didn't really influence anything and this was probably one of Chester's worser games this Season.

Waghorn looked lively when he came on though.

    Yeah he was really.

Wanted to impress you lot I think being on loan there.

I thought he'd stuggle on his own up top but he's a stronger player than what he used to be. A bit like Aluko in many ways.

The last two games, Hobbs had been brilliant but that wasn't as good as those two games!

Nugent was ok but I know, along with many others, he is better then that!

Koren isn't consistent enough, Evans has been great all season but not in that match! Also, Quinn has been a revelation this season, a bargain buy for 100k, but that wasn't his best match!

Wes Morgan only had him in his back pocket because he was fouling him throughout the game!

Was James even playing? I thought Konchesky did alright and looked your best player defensively!

James, Drinkwater and King can all go missing in a 3 midfield formation.

James was the one that went missing yesterday.

Thought King did the dirty work in midfield really well yesterday. Probably why Evans was so poor.

That suits us. Awhile back we'd have lost that.

    Disagree with that..

A while ago we'd have won it. 2 or 3 nil.
