It's a 3-5-2 formation. The header from Simpson was straight at Schmeichel from 6 yards out, either side it was a definite goal. I can only remember one shot from distance in the second half, other than that nothing on target from memory. I listened to the same Radio Humberside after match phone in - I heard not one person say Leicester 'Edged it'. Not one. It is what it is a point each, you were lucky to get it. Enjoy it!
You'd argue that black is. White. No point in talking to you, it's like debating with a child. Not sure why you're denying things that Iheard with my own ears and have seen with my own eyes. One question to ask you. If you play 5 in midfield then why do you moan about us playing 5 midfielders?
But we can make that up over the remaining games. You will never get more than a point off us this season.
I don't even know why all this is still going on.... Pearson left us ages ago now and we are both happy with our teams and our managers, we aren't rivals an to be honest I was impressed with Leicester today. Best team I've seen at kc so far this season, and I think you lot will definitely be there or there abouts.... I personally don't think you edged it but it could have gone either way. You did keep the ball better than us though. Good luck for the rest of season and might be playing you in the premier league next season. Kind regards Naullzytiger P.S - the Germans will invade Poland
Oh glennon my old sunshine...all if, buts and maybes lol. ...and as for, we "were lucky to get 1 point enjoy it" I'll counter that by adding you were lucky to get 0 points at our place and thank you I think we will enjoy our well deserved point today, in fact scratch that, we will enjoy all 4 points that we have taken off you this season. Bless you! lol
I always thought it was mainly adults that posted their thoughts on here - reading the childish ****e written by both sides on here is ridiculous.
Still solvent and amazingly Emile keeps scoring - although his latest was from less than 2 yards out.....
Our manager quotes it as a 3-5-2. The press quote it as 3-5-2, you're the only people that don't understand it's a 3-5-2. It's not complicated.
Ha - no argument required. Fact is you made it up. We played our regular formation, the same formation we play home and away. You came to stick 5 in midfield and play for a point. Traditional Pearson tactic, spent 18 months watching spoiling tactics from Pearson - no great surprises when he employed the very same tactics yesterday. I don't know how you play at home, but I would suspect that you don't play 4-5-1.
A draw was a fair result. First half we looked the better team and second half you did, neither team 'edged it'. Thought King should have been booked for the worst dive I've ever seen, also thought Knockeart( not sure of spelling) was impressive. Leicester were well organised and one of the better teams to come to the KC this season. I think at least one of the two sides will go up, maybe both.
We played 4-2-3-1 yesterday. King, Knockaert and Marshall playing behind Nugent. Can change to 4-5-1 without the ball and even as much as 4-3-3 with it. Just as much as you supposedly play with 5 midfielders when you have the ball, you play 5 at the back without it. 5 at the back at home and you blame us for spoiling tactics. You really couldn't make it up. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p011xq33 There is the show that I listened to when escaping Hull. You're free to listen it again in order to jog your memory. Don't need to argue facts with children
Ok for the last time, can we stop now. When Hull are attacking, it is a 3-5-2. When they are defending, it is a 5-3-2. That is the joy of the formation. It offers more men forward in attack with the ball and more men back when they dont. Thats the point of the formation.
In general, the people that ring the local radio don't go to the game and base their comments on what they've heard. The commentator's is notoriously negative and pretty much clueless so you can't base anything on what comes out of there. In my view, it was a typically dull Pearsonesque performance. On the plus side, we don't have to see it too often.
