Hit and miss for me, like every other service. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's been desperately poor service.

I agree, it sometimes feels like the greater the emergency the better it performs and vice versa.

I once got knocked out and after I came round I gradually went blind until I literally couldn’t see anything

That was a tad worrying ! (Got my sight back about 12 hours later)

A friend of mine actually went blind drunk! He’d spent all Xmas eve, Xmas day drinking in his flat and on Boxing Day went outside in the freezing cold to put his empties out and went blind instantly!! He had to drop to his hands and knees and crawl inside! Had to lay there until his sister visited him! ( it came back after 2 days) [HASHTAG]#scary[/HASHTAG]
