We did indeed start with a White shirt, though only for one season in 1904 and one in 1921. We also played in a blue kit in 1936 and 1946, but that was common at the time, as wartime rationing led to teams only wearing blue, as it was one of the only dye's available in the UK. We've played in Amber and black for 105 of our 109 year history, if anyone tried to change it, we'd beat them to death with a rotten banana. Probably.
If I supported any team bar Cardiff I would be jealous too. We have been out in front a long time while losing some games gave any team plenty of chance to go above us. We know what it is like to desperately want the teams above to lose games and naturally teams below us will want us to lose. We are not desperate for teams to lose while we still need more wins ourselves. All that happens when the teams below lose is the total points we will need is reduced. jck
I don`t think anyone will be investing £100 million in another championship side any time soon so you will not have to worry a rich investor will change you situation. jck
