West brom only played like two days ago I cant understand how anyone thinks walter can turn it around
I do accept that in many ways, Tim Walter has been unlucky. Not his fault that the owner took his eye off the ball and we barely signed any players until 2 weeks before the season. Not his fault that the owner and his CEO fell out. Not his fault that they took a stupid gamble on Zambrano. Not his fault that we have lost 2 of our most creative players to terrible injuries. But, that old saying ' control the controllables' still applies and he hasn't. He could also say we've been unlucky with the woodwork and missing chances in the last 2 games but the problem is how few chances we create. If a good attacking team misses a chance or hits the woodwork, there's normally another one along in a few minutes. Whereas our chances are so few and far between that the pressure to convert them is even greater. I am still of the view that this isn't going to work and we should make a decision soon, but I suspect the owner will give him a bit more time.
People weren't bothered that Tufan left in the summer, most on here said they were happy to get his wages off the books as he's inconsistent, now all of a sudden he's a big loss.
It seems that the first 25 minutes I missed are the usual Hull City performance, going by the comments I’ve randomly read, but the rest of the game I saw, we looked decent & should have got something from that game!
Hull City boss Tim Walter told BBC Radio Humberside: "We are not happy with the result but the improvement in the performance was obvious. That's what keeps me strong and keeps me happy. "If you have a negative run, like we are having, all you can do is fight against it and stick together. "We need big character and that's what we showed. I know the results will come. We need a bit more luck. "The reaction from our fans was brilliant. They tried to keep us up and to keep us in the game. That was really good and I'm really pleased." West Bromwich Albion head coach Carlos Corberan told BBC Radio WM: "The Championship is a massive league this year. To win is very hard. "We have only lost two games out of 15 this season - and we have 25 points. We can compete. It is a message that we need to understand. "Hull are a very offensive team with quality, so I am very proud of the players. "We played Thursday night and had only 66 hours to prepare for the game. They had two days more."
Bar Norwich and Sheffield utd. Of the top of my head I can't think of any other games we didn't deserve/or could of come away with a draw or win... Football is a game of very fine margins and unfortunately we don't seem capable of making those margins fall on our side.
We are saying the same thing every week under Wally. Frustrating only to draw at Derby, Frustrating only to draw with Portsmouth, Frustrating to lose against Oxford. It's Wally's "Tactics" that are frustrating. Where is the attacking football he promised? Rosie got the boot for playing "boring" football at home - Wally's football is far worse to watch.
If that's what I think it is, a medic / firewarden escorted him down to the concourse where first aiders took him off in a wheelchair
Is this irony or are you serious? It's up to him what he does but **** me, bringing in someone who doesn't know this league is crazy. We are not seeing anything different other than the defence is worse.
